rizzler automates your dating apps on your behalf. that's powerful, and it comes with real responsibility. please read these terms carefully — they describe what we do, what we don't do, and what you're agreeing to when you sign up.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Rizzler ("Rizzler," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the rizzler.io website, our waitlist, and any applications, features, or services we make available (collectively, the "Service").
By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Rizzler is
Rizzler is a service that, once launched, links to your accounts on third-party dating platforms (such as Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, OkCupid, and Match) and performs actions within those platforms on your behalf — including swiping, sending messages, and coordinating dates — according to preferences you configure.
Rizzler is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party dating platform. We are an independent service that acts as your agent.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that your use of the Service complies with all laws that apply to you.
The Service is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. If we learn that we have information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
4. Your account
To use the Service, you will create an account with Rizzler and, at your option, connect one or more third-party dating-app accounts. You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;
- all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
- promptly notifying us at hey@rizzler.io of any unauthorized use.
5. Linking third-party dating apps
Please read this section carefully. It is the most important one.
To provide the Service, you will share with us credentials, tokens, or other means of accessing your accounts on third-party dating platforms. By connecting such an account, you authorize Rizzler to access that account and to take actions on your behalf, including viewing profiles, swiping, matching, messaging, and reading or sending communications.
You are responsible for your use of each third-party platform. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. Automated access, automated messaging, and similar activities may be restricted or prohibited by those platforms, and using Rizzler on a given platform may violate its terms. You acknowledge that:
- third-party platforms may restrict, suspend, shadow-ban, or permanently terminate your account as a result of activity performed through Rizzler;
- you assume the entire risk of any such action, including loss of account history, matches, messages, or paid subscriptions;
- Rizzler makes no representation that its use is permitted by, or compatible with, any third-party platform, and we are not responsible for changes a platform makes to its policies or systems.
You may disconnect a third-party account at any time from within your Rizzler account or by emailing hey@rizzler.io. Disconnecting an account stops new actions; it does not reverse actions already taken.
6. Messages sent on your behalf
When the Service sends messages or takes other actions within a connected dating-app account, those actions are attributed to you and legally represent you, just as if you had performed them yourself. You are solely responsible for the content and consequences of those messages and actions, including any statements made to matches and any commitments (such as agreeing to meet in person) that result.
You agree that all communications and activity the Service produces on your behalf will comply with the Acceptable Use section below.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service, and not to configure the Service, to:
- harass, threaten, defraud, stalk, or impersonate another person, or engage in any conduct that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, or sexually exploitative;
- interact with anyone you know or reasonably should know to be under 18;
- send spam, chain messages, unsolicited advertising, or content promoting a separate product, service, or platform;
- misrepresent your identity, age, photos, or material facts about yourself;
- solicit or exchange money, goods, or services in a way that violates applicable law or the terms of any connected platform;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, probe, or interfere with the Service, or attempt to access it by means other than the interfaces we provide;
- resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to anyone other than yourself, or use it to operate a service on behalf of third parties;
- use the Service to build a competing product or to train a machine-learning model that is not part of the Service.
8. Waitlist and beta access
The Service is currently in a pre-launch, invite-only state. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a particular feature set, or a particular launch date. We may grant, modify, limit, or revoke access at any time, in our sole discretion.
Features, pricing, referral mechanics, and early-access incentives (including any countdowns or promises about launch-window benefits) are subject to change and may be discontinued without notice. Where we describe future functionality, that description is forward-looking and is not a commitment.
9. Fees and subscriptions
The waitlist is free. Some or all features of the Service may later require payment of fees. If we introduce paid features, we will present the applicable pricing and payment terms before you are charged, and those pricing terms will be incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including the rizzler.io website, the Rizzler mascot, our logos, copy, design, code, and all other materials we create, are owned by Rizzler or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain all rights in the content you submit to the Service (including preferences, photos, and messages). You grant Rizzler a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, process, and otherwise use that content solely as necessary to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them without obligation to you.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, if your use creates legal or security risk to us or others, if a connected platform requires it, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive — including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. RIZZLER DOES NOT GUARANTEE MATCHES, RESPONSES, DATES, RELATIONSHIPS, OR ANY OTHER ROMANTIC, PERSONAL, OR COMMERCIAL OUTCOME.
RIZZLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY PERSON YOU INTERACT WITH THROUGH A CONNECTED PLATFORM, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE. ALWAYS EXERCISE YOUR OWN JUDGMENT AND CAUTION, ESPECIALLY WHEN MEETING IN PERSON.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIZZLER AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, DATING-APP ACCOUNT STATUS, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) AND (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the limits above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Rizzler harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your content or the actions the Service takes on your behalf under your instructions; (c) your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights, including the terms of any connected dating platform; or (d) your violation of any law.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Rizzler agree to first try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at hey@rizzler.io. If we cannot resolve it within thirty (30) days, the dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Rizzler consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
You and Rizzler each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
16. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies we reference, are the entire agreement between you and Rizzler regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you — for example, by email or by posting a notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms means you accept the changes.
